At Pisoni–lab, we create custom sets for exhibitions, private events, and festivals — aesthetic and sustainable scenographies. Our approach combines spatial conception, object design, and curatorial thinking to craft temporary sets with low environmental impact.

Rethinking the Temporary
We use a hybrid approach: part of the set design is sourced from dormant stock provided by our partners, which is returned intact afterward. The other part consists of custom-designed pieces created as key elements for each event and later offered for sale on our website to give them a second life. Our installations are therefore temporary, easy to dismantle, and generate no waste.

Our creations
At Pisoni-lab, we design a series of unique objects tailored to the needs of each event. Whenever possible, we prioritize the use of repurposed materials and ensure that our pieces are recyclable, easy to disassemble, and repairable.
Moreover these pieces are imagined as autonomous creations, able to find their place in other contexts once the event is over.

Our partnerships
We collaborate with a network of designers, artists, shops, and local businesses that hold dormant stock: furniture, objects, or materials stored away waiting to be used or sold.
Through these partnerships, we borrow or rent these elements to create scenographies that are unique and rooted in their context. After the event, the objects are returned to their owners and continue their lifecycle elsewhere.
This circular approach allows us to optimize existing resources, and to foster relationships based on collaboration, sharing, and the promotion of craftsmanship.
